SUMMARY
Sheffield style bicycle stands are popular with users and Local Authorities in particular. These cycle stands can accommodate one or two bicycles (one each side). The user can lock the frame and wheels to the stand by their own chains, padlocks, cables or D-locks. Available ragged for casting in or flanged for bolting down. When positioned adjacent to one another stands should be around 800mm apart and around 450mm from any wall or other obstruction.

SPECIFICATION
Made of mild steel tube of o.d. 48mm, wall thickness 3.25mm. Height (above ground) 750mm. Length 800mm overall. Ragged version 300mm below ground. Three 12mm bolts required per flange (6 per stand).
Also available in Stainless steel. Stainless steel is grade 304 as standard, grade 316 is available to order.
Stainless steel is brushed finish.

INSTALLATION
Mild steel and stainless steel flanged versions, a suitable surface, preferably concrete should already exist for drilling into and bolting down. For ragged ends a concrete foundation approx. 300mm cube is recommended, depending on ground conditions.
